1. Rotation

Click the Rotate and Mirror button in the start menu, and then select Specify the angle in the pop-up dialog box.

When rotating a shape, the amplitude of each drag rotation depends on the distance between the cursor and the center point of the shape. The closer the mouse is to the center point of the rotation, the greater the movement angle. The greater the distance, the smaller the angle.

Each drag may be 25 degrees, 10 degrees, 5 degrees, 1 degree or even 0.1 degrees. If you want to rotate the shape by an exact angle, try to increase the distance between the cursor and the center point of the shape.
