Open indesign, then open an empty document and execute File > New.

Above the indesign window we execute Window > Stroke to open the stroke window.

After entering the stroke window, we first select the straight line tool in the toolbar on the left.

Then in the stroke window, there is a starting point and an end point. Click the arrow button in the selection. The starting point is the starting position of the arrow, and the end point is the opposite.

After the final selection is completed, hold down the left mouse button in the blank space and drag to draw the arrow you want. As for the color, just choose the color you like. The effect is shown in the figure.
