Taobao Assistant electronic form setting method and process:

1. Normal process

The process of using the electronic form function can be roughly divided into the following three steps:

1. Apply to activate the electronic form function

2. Obtain the electronic bill number of the designated express company

3. Select the printing template corresponding to the express company and print.

The following is a detailed description based on the operation interface of Taobao Assistant:

1. Apply to activate the electronic form function (click here to activate)

Merchants can activate the electronic order service through the path shown in the figure below.

(Note: After the application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the logistics service provider)

Open a direct logistics service provider (the figure below takes EMS as an example); you need to fill in the monthly account number of EMS, if you don’t have one, you don’t have to fill it in.

To open a franchise logistics service provider, fill in at least one outlet information.

2. Log in to Taobao Assistant to check the layout of electronic manifests of each express company (click "Edit" to adjust the starting coordinates of printing).
