1. Here we take the assembly of discs and direct sales as an example to explain in detail. Before the assembly operation, it is necessary to model and draw each assembly component, including the disc and direct pin.

2. Run UG, click New in the interface after running, click Assembly in the model dialog box, and then click OK to assemble the module.

3. After clicking OK, the Add Component dialog box pops up. By opening the folder on the right, you can open the corresponding modeling graphic and place the following positioning command. For the first added model, it is best to select the absolute origin through the drop-down triangle on the right. Place and repeat the placement, that is, the same model will be added next time, and you can set it.

4. Click to open the folder on the right, and a dialog box with the name of the part to be added to the model will pop up.

5. Click on the disc to display the preview form of the disc modeling. The English name of the disc appears in the loaded dialog box. At the same time, cancel the preview check mark in the dialog box, or the graphic preview does not appear, and then click OK to place the disc model in the assembly module.

6. Then add direct sales, first find the assembly command in the menu line, click the assembly command, find the component command, and then find the add component

7. Click Add Component and the Add Component dialog box will pop up. Add direct sales as above. The difference is that the placement and positioning here requires selection constraints. Why didn't we choose the absolute dot? Because we need to assemble the disc and the direct pin. We only need to fix the first component in position.

8. After clicking OK, the assembly constraint dialog box pops up. Here, the constraint of the disc and the direct pin, the first thing we think of must be concentricity. Click on the circle of the cylinder and the circle of the disc hole to complete the concentric constraint. If you want to make other constraints, use the drop-down triangle on the right side of the type to select constraints.
