1. Is the Bluetooth driver normal?

Find the Bluetooth logo in the lower right corner of your computer, then right-click the Bluetooth logo to bring up the menu and click "Open Settings". As shown below!

On the settings page, check the checkboxes in front of "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer" and "Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer", as shown in the picture below, and then click Apply! If it is a mobile phone, you also need to make corresponding settings in the Bluetooth settings interface! After a series of repairs, you can connect!
