Recently, when some Win7 users open the IE browser, including some other software, a "View and Track Downloaded Items" window will pop up. What's going on? Clicking Run or Save under the list in this window has no effect. How to solve this problem?

Solution:

1. First, select the Start menu button to open the desktop, click to open the column, and you will see our IE browser Internet Explorer. Right-click to open the action bar, and select "As Administrator" in the menu that opens to open the window;

2. In the opened IE browser panel window, we can see that there is a tool option in it, and then we select "Internet Options" in the menu and click to open it;

3. In the newly popped-up IE action bar, select the "Internet Options" option to open it, and then select the "Advanced" option to open it. Then we will see the option "Allow active content to run in files on my computer" and we need to select Allow.

4. After restarting, try downloading things to see if the problem still occurs.
