How to uninstall Wandoujia PC client

Delete via start menu

1. Click the "Start" button in the lower left corner of the desktop.

2. Click "All Programs", find "Wandoujia" and left-click the option.

3. Click "Uninstall Wandoujia".

Uninstall through "Add or Remove Programs" in Control Panel

1. Click the "Start" button in the lower left corner of the desktop.

2. Click "Control Panel" and find "Uninstall a program" or "Programs and Features".

3. Find and click "Wandoujia" and select "Uninstall/Change".

Tip 1: A Windows User Account Control window may pop up on your system, please click "Allow". If you do not have administrator rights, please contact your system administrator to complete the uninstallation.

Tip 2: Wandoujia will ask you to exit Wandoujia when uninstalling it. You can exit manually, or click "OK" during uninstallation to automatically exit Wandoujia.

Problems you may encounter when uninstalling the client

1. Are you having trouble uninstalling Wandoujia?

You can try to enter the system's "Task Manager", manually end wandoujia-related processes, and then try uninstalling again. If it still doesn't work, please restart the operating system and try uninstalling again.

2. Will my download history be cleared when uninstalling?

During the uninstallation process of Wandoujia, you will be asked whether to retain download records and user setting information. If you want to keep the complete data the next time you use Wandoujia, please select "No"; if you want to delete it completely, please click "Yes".
