Solution to driver installation failure

There are four situations when driver installation fails:

1. First confirm that the USB debugging mode in the phone has been turned on according to the prompts. Please click on how to turn on the USB debugging mode;

2. Some desktop computers have insufficient front-end USB power supply. Please try plugging the USB into the back of the chassis.

3. If the computer is a Win8 system and security software is installed, the data may be invalid when installing the driver, causing the driver installation to fail. 4. If it still prompts that the driver installation failed, it may be that the driver provided by App Store does not match the computer environment. You need to install the driver manually. 1.
