How to set input error prompts in WPS forms to ensure data accuracy

Operation steps

1. Open the WPS form and open the form document where you want to add prompts. Take the following figure as an example. Select cells B2:B6 with the mouse and click Data-Validity in the menu bar.

2. Click the Settings tab on the data validity interface, select Custom under Allow, and enter =ISNUMBER(B2)*AND (B2<=100,B2>=0) in the formula bar.

3. Then click the Error Warning tab, the style selection stops, and the error message can be filled in at will. Confirm to take effect.

4. In order to verify whether it is successful, we enter 700 in cell B2 and find that a prompt box pops up. This is the result we want.
