WPS form calculates contract expiration time

① Start WPS Form 2013 and prepare the data source. Our purpose is to calculate the contract expiration time.

  

②Select the time and click the menu bar--Start--Format--Conditional Formatting.

③In the conditional formatting dialog box that pops up, set the condition to cell value less than or equal to =today(). The today function calculates today's date, and then click the format button.

④Select red as the mark color from the Pattern tab.

⑤Then add condition 2.

⑥The cell value is less than or equal to =today()+30, click the format button.

⑦Set to yellow to distinguish. Sure.

⑧Final renderings, red means expired, yellow means there is still 1 month left to expire.
